Below are details and instructions on how to connect to the Zoom webinar:
Registered attendees, speakers, and moderators will receive an email with a blue link for the webinar series. Please do not share the Zoom webinar links. They are uniquely created for you, and if shared, you may not be able to enter the webinars.
We would like the moderators and speakers to log into your session 30 minutes before the webinar starts, to verify your camera and microphone are functioning properly. Then, follow the prompt from your browser to open Zoom. You may be placed in the waiting room until the webinar host/co-hosts are ready to admit panelists.
When you join a Zoom link, it may open a new tab in your internet browser.
To avoid confusion, we recommend that you close any extra tabs
and return to the tab with the Zoom webinar.

To help maximize your experience, please do the following:
- Use a wired connection to the internet if possible. Wireless connections can lose signal and could cause issues with streaming.
- Verify that you have the latest version of the Zoom software. A recent update increased Zoom’s functionality and added several features, as well as added stability of the platform. Please click here to learn more about updating/upgrading to the latest version of Zoom.
- Mute your microphone. This will cut down on any feedback noise as people join.
- Please note, attendees will not have access to their cameras and mics during the event
- We will begin promptly for each session, and we will be informing the next speaker that their session will be starting shortly via private message via the Zoom platform.
- If you are having technical issues related to connecting to the webinar, we will inform the next presenter to be ready and we will move you to the end of the morning/afternoon session.
